Greetings Star Seeds,

It is with so much joy and love that I share my new website with you. My personal practice has gone through some profound changes, allowing the integration of the various modalities, and introducing some exciting new offerings. 

In addition to my office in San Francisco’s Noe Valley district, I have also started working in Sonoma on Wednesdays. With all the much needed rain in California, my commute through beautiful countryside, green hills, and glistening waterways is a visual journey. A sweet reprieve in a more natural setting, it’s like a mini vacation for my soul. Studio M offers Pilates and Gyrotonics taught by highly skilled instructors. I am honored to be working here. 

Another big shift has been the birth of my new essence company: star+root: Portal Essences for Transformation. While some of the essences from Stars in Jars will still be available, they have been updated to reflect the new energies of the day and help us with current time realities.

star+root is a co-creative project focusing on bringing forth essences from the plant, mineral and elemental kingdoms, along with the cosmic realms. Portal essences are energetic doorways that invite a shift in consciousness. These essences have come forth to help merge the cosmic with the Earthly in service of deep soul level healing. They are a support for the integration of the new energies that are coming in during this potent time in human and planetary evolution and will assist in the elevation of our collective souls. They include a blueprint of channeled messages from Spirit and were birthed during astrological occurrences and portal times such as solstices and eclipses or in sacred sites, such as medicine wheels, and near standing stones that date back to the Neolithic period. Some I made in community, some on mountaintops or forests during backpacking trips, and some in my home garden. 

They have been invaluable touchstones for me and others as we navigate the process of ascension and the co-creation of a New Earth. They carry a template of Divine Feminine energy which reflects the personal work I have been doing. May they be tools for authentic expression as we step into our multi-dimensional realities. I am honored to midwife these beauties and offer them to you with blessings. 

My new website is monumental for me and I couldn’t have done it without the support and skill of my consultant, Beth Martin, who lovingly held my hand, made me laugh, and kept me on target with deadlines, feedback and brainstorming sessions that felt more like play than work. Great gratitude to my partner, Ilan, who kept me sane and has invaluable design and technical skills. Thank you to my friends and cohorts in the healing arts for your support and helpful suggestions. My clients are amazing individuals and I am so honored to work with you. Thank  you for your support and trust. And infinite thanks go out to my allies and team from the spirit and star realms and from the unseen world.

I am guided to name the combination of my Visionary Healing offerings Astro Soma℠, which includes intuitive bodywork, visionary craniosacral therapy, vibrational therapy, spirit mentoring, divination and astrology for the purposes of healing and transformation. Astro means “of the Stars”. I translate that to mean our Divinity, our cosmic and spiritual selves. Soma means “of the body”. Translation: Embodiment, human incarnation. My intention is to help people feel freer in their bodies AND more in touch with their spirit so that they can, with more openness and joy, align with their own unique life purpose and soul mission in accordance with their own rhythms. I would love to help co-create that reality with you.

Astro Soma℠ is a concept, one that can put you in touch with your own magic and potential to reclaim balance. It is a process of self-discovery. It is  collaborative and experiential. It is a portal of transformation. I truly believe that we are spiritual beings living a human experience, and as humans, we have access to our higher powers. We do not need to limit ourselves!

I am also offering virtual sessions for Astro Soma℠ which include flower essence therapy+astrology+ spirit mentoring for my clients who are far away. I find this combination potent for self-discovery and deep inner change. This work reflects my own inner journey and encompasses the ways I have stepped into my healing practice in an expanded way. I am so happy to be doing this work at this time and look forward to seeing and hearing from you.  My wish is to help you bridge the sacred and the practical in your own life so that you can access all your gifts and bring them forth into the world.
